Aurora will lead you into a journey back home to your divine beauty, your unique truth, love, value and VOICE through this shamanic Sound Ceremonial experience.

You will have the opportunity and invitation to release any old stories, energies, beliefs, patterns that are limiting and heavy in any way while letting yourself be held and carried within the sounds and vibrations during this session to the remembrance and knowing of your unique essence being the medicine this world needs.

Aurora uses a variety of Sound Instruments (Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Drums, Bells, Chimes and Voice) during the ceremony and invites you to be a participant in your own healing and activation of self during these ceremonies by welcoming you to breath, to visualize, to feel and connect with your body and essence, and to sound with your own voice.

These are both deeply relaxing and activating experiences!

I recommend coming light on more of an empty stomach and grounding with a meal or snack afterwards. Bring your water bottle, a yoga mat, blanket and pillow for your comfort.
